Nashville Predators: P.K. Subban Channels His Inner Darkwing Duck

Nashville Predators defenceman P.K. Subban went with an interesting wardrobe choice this weekend.

Athletes are almost always most associated with the look the present while they’re playing.

So it’s no surprise that a lot of athletes choose to add some flair to their personal style when they’re arriving and leaving games.

We’ve certainly seen our fair share of crazy outfits from players like Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, or Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.

It’s not unusual for their fashion statements to get turned into memes. Which is all in good fun…..for the most part.

Nashville Predators defenceman P.K. Subban has already had comparisons made about his outfit this weekend.

And I must say, I’m a huge fan of the comparison.

I was a huge fan of Darkwing Duck as a youngster. So it’s fantastic seeing a reference to the early 90’s animated series.

By the way, Subban wore it well. But there’s no doubt that Darkwing Duck wins this round of “Who wore it better?”.
