The Tennessee Titans desperately need to upgrade their secondary in 2017 if they want to make a deep playoff run.

Of all the positions the Tennessee Titans need to upgrade in 2017, cornerback is probably the most important.

The Titans’ corners in 2016 were pretty terrible.

Jason McCourty was the team’s best cornerback, but he isn’t getting any younger.

The Titans used a combination of Valentino Blake, Brice McCain, and Parish Cox (before he was released) at cornerback last season and it left Tennessee with one of the worst pass defenses in the league.

If the Titans plan to win the AFC South next season (ESPN’s John Clayton thinks the Titans could be the team to beat in the division in 2017), then they absolutely have to sign a cornerback. Just drafting one won’t be enough.

The following five cornerbacks that I think the Titans should take a look at are in the order I think Tennessee should prioritize them.
