Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones might be on the hot seat in 2017, but he still has the best job in college football.

It might seem like a stretch, but Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones has the best job in college football.

If you’re a Tennessee fan, you probably already know this.

But if you’re a fan of another school, say Alabama, you’re probably red in the face reading this.

Stay with me though.

I’m not basing Tennessee being the best job in the country off recent results (obviously). Wins and losses aren’t what makes a job great.

Alabama, for example, isn’t the best job in the country simply because Nick Saban is the best coach in the country.

(Though it’s definitely a close second.)

Once you get out of the line of thinking, it’s easy to understand how Tennessee could be viewed as the best coaching job in college football.
