Former Tennessee Vols quarterback Tyler Bray is competing this summer to be the Kansas Chiefs’ primary backup quarterback.

If football doesn’t work out for former Tennessee Vols quarterback Tyler Bray, we can at least rule out one future endeavor for him — golf.

Bray recently posted a video of a golf “trick shot” he attempted in former Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Trent Green’s charity golf tournament.

As you can see, that didn’t go well at all. The ball didn’t even go forward.

I haven’t seen any other videos of Bray on the golf course, but I’m assuming he’s not PGA tour worthy.

Hopefully the football thing will work out of him.

Bray, who has been in the NFL since 2013, is still only 25. He has yet to throw a pass in a regular season game, but that could change in 2017.

The former Vol is competing with Patrick Mahomes to be the Chiefs’ backup quarterback.

Mahomes was selected with the tenth overall pick in this year’s draft, so it will be tough for Bray to remain the Chiefs’ primary backup quarterback in the longterm.

Bray, however, is a free agent after the 2017 season. There’s no doubt he will hope for a solid season in order to land a deal with a new team.

Finding a quality quarterback in the NFL is incredibly difficult. At least one team will be intrigued by Bray’s ridiculous arm talent.
