Where does Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones rank among SEC coaches in terms of accomplishments?

Everyone has an opinion on where Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones ranks among SEC coaches.

But sometimes it’s better to look at facts, rather than opinion.

Ranking the SEC coaches by their career accomplishments in the conference gives us a more accurate representation of how they stack up next to each other.

The biggest thing I learned from compiling these rankings is how much parity there is among the coaches in the SEC. There’s no doubt who is at the top of this list. And after that, there’s a bunch of quality coaches trying to separate themselves from the pack.

It’s quite clear there aren’t many “special” coaches in college football. There are a lot of good coaches, and some great coaches, but very few elite coaches.

With that in mind, here’s how the SEC coaches rank by their accomplishments.
