The Tennessee Titans look like the team to beat in the AFC South in 2017, but will they deliver on the high expectations?
The Tennessee Titans are the trendy pick to win the AFC South in 2017.
I’m typically leery of “trendy picks”, but I’m all in on the Titans this season.
It just makes too much sense. The Titans showed drastic improvement in 2016, improving their win total by six games.
Tennessee had some obvious shortcomings last season, but general manager Jon Robinson did what he does best and went out and addressed those areas in an aggressive way.
The Titans killed it in free agency, and the 2017 NFL Draft, adding needed playmakers and defensive stalwarts.
There’s no reason the Titans shouldn’t be the class of the AFC South this season.
In fact, I think there are five very distinct reasons the Titans will absolutely emerge from 2017 as the champions of the AFC South.
