Tennessee Vols Coaching Search: Latest List Of Potential Coaches

Who will be the next head coach of the Tennessee Vols?
We’re still in the early stages of the Tennessee Vols’ coaching search, but we’re starting to get a decent idea of how this thing might shake out.
It still appears that Jon Gruden is the Vols’ top target. But there’s been conflicting information on that front.
I definitely think Gruden has some interest in the job, but I think he always has “interest”.
Until Gruden is ruled out, or ends the rumors, he’s going to be the Vols’ top candidate.
So for that reason, and since we all know all about Gruden, you won’t find him on the following pages. I still think he has a possibility of being Tennessee’s next coach (though it’s not really even fair to put a percentage on it because all the information is so all over the place).
With that said, I think one of the following six coaches (if it’s not Gruden) will be Tennessee’s next head coach.
Several of them I’d be very happy with. A couple of them, not so much. But this is where we are right now.
