Nashville Predators: Gnash takes shot at Tennessee sports
The Nashville Predators are wrapping up a successful preseason which led to their mascot Gnash taking shots at the Vols and Titans.
When it comes to Tennessee teams that know how to beat Florida teams, I would say the Nashville Predators are the team that knows the most.
The Predators kicked off their preseason with two games against the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers. The Predators went 3-1 which led to Gnash taking shots at the Tennessee football teams.
Some saw it as a shot at the Vols, while others thought it was at the Titans. Both teams suffered from a loss to a Florida team this past week, so either is applicable, if not both.
This jab also might cement Gnash as the best professional mascot in Tennessee. I know there’s not a lot of competition, but Gnash the best professional mascot this state has.

Good news is neither Vols or Titans fans seemed to be too hurt from this jab. Hopefully, we have all come to realize what we have in those two football teams.
Also, it looks like the Predators are going to have a competitive team this year once again. Matt Duchene has already contributed to the Predators, and I’m not going to lie I’m pretty pumped for the upcoming season.
I’m ready to rock and roll all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals. The power play looked to have been revived as that was a big reason behind the Predators getting their win over the Lightning.
If you forgot, the Lightning won the Presidents Cup last year so they’re a very good team and to see the Predators competing at a high level with them is a good sign for the upcoming season.
Hockey season is right around the corner and just like with all my teams, my excitement is slowly creeping up. Hopefully, the Preds won’t let me down like the others.
