Unsurprisingly, the experts are taking the Chiefs over the Tennessee Titans, and I think they’re looking to be proved wrong once again.

The Tennessee Titans have played its two playoff games like it is a team of destiny. First, defeating the dynasty in the NFL, New England Patriots, and then the best team in the AFC, Baltimore Ravens, en route to the AFC Championship.

Now one more team stands in the Titans’ way of its second Super Bowl appearance. The Titans have already beaten the Kansas City Chiefs once this season, but that’s not enough for a lot of the experts.

The Titans’ 35-32 win against the Chiefs earlier in the regular season came as a shock to many, including me, even though I predicted a Titans win in that game.

Ryan Tannehill showed up, and the Titans offense was just good enough to outscore Patrick Mahomes and the high-powered Chiefs offense.

That game, along with the Titans playoff run, still isn’t enough for a lot of the experts ahead of this game. Five of the seven CBS experts have picked the Chiefs to win the game with John Breech and Dave Richard as the only two to take Tennessee.

Most of the ones taking the Chiefs are also predicting they cover the seven points. If the Chiefs find a way to win, I don’t think they cover.

I’m not too surprised by this. Most of the time, experts will pick against the Titans, especially in games similar to this, because they don’t trust the Titans to win these games.

Unlike the experts, I do believe in the Titans, and I have a pretty good feeling about this game. I’m predicting a second win against the Chiefs this season.

I do think Arrowhead will be a tough environment for the Titans, but a lot of Titans fans are making the trip to Kansas City to help drown out some of the noise.

Vivid Seats’ Fan Forecast predicts that 25% of the fans that will be in Arrowhead on Sunday will be in Two-Tone Blue. That’s the highest of any away team this playoffs.

The Titans will be ready for a fight on the field, and its fans will be there to back them up. Now it’s all up to the Titans to get the job done on the field.
