If you didn’t already know, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is an absolute beast, and he’s proving that again in the weight room.

Derrick Henry is one of the biggest skill players in the NFL. He was big when the Tennessee Titans drafted him, and he’s even bigger now. But that doesn’t mean he’s stopping there.

A video has emerged of Henry deadlifting approximately eight million pounds in the weight room (rough estimation) as Henry looks to continue to build muscle on top of muscle before he is expected to be resigned on a long-term contract.

Maybe he was getting ready to go into a contract meeting and had to pump some iron right before, so he can use it as leverage.

Henry is already a massive man, and now we know why. In the video, he’s deadlifting an absurd amount of weight that five of me probably couldn’t lift.

This is just a small glimpse into what Henry does every day to keep his body in top shape. It also shows that Henry isn’t getting complacent like many players when they reach the success that Henry reached this past season.

The NFL rushing champion is getting ready to top his career season in 2019 with another great season in 2020.

If the Titans don’t resign this guy, then I’m just going to assume everyone in the Titans organization has gone crazy because Henry has been the main source of production for the Titans, and the Titans can’t afford to see that amount of production walk away.

The Titans made it all the way to the AFC Championship after an amazing run once Ryan Tannehill took over as the starting quarterback, but they’re not getting complacent with their performance in 2019.

dark. Next. Tennessee football is back in the Top 25

The Titans are ready to not only return to the AFC Championship next year, but they’re ready to win the AFC Championship and the Super Bowl.
