New England Patriots @ San Francisco 49ers +11.5

The Dolphins aren’t the only AFC East team heading out west. The Patriots will also be making a visit to the left coast.

Fortunately for New England (not that they need any good fortune), they’ll be taking on the woeful 49ers.

San Francisco enters week 11 as the biggest underdog of the week. That’s pretty impressive considering they’re playing at home.

The Patriots are coming off a loss against Seattle, which doesn’t bode well for the 49ers.

Since 2003, the Patriots have lost back-to-back games only six times.

Basically, there are no losing steaks in New England.

Prediction: Patriots 35 49ers 16
