Blake Shelton Comes Through For Couple Involved In Crash

Blake Shelton came through in a big way for a couple who missed a concert do to a motorcycle crash.

Sometimes a small gesture is all it takes to touch the life of someone.

Blake Shelton certainly proved that he gets that by his recent actions.

Jonathan Daniels and his girlfriend were suppose to head to a Blake Shelton concert on October 8, but Daniels was involved in a life threatening motorcycle accident on September 15.

Daniels suffered brain bleeding and a lacerated liver among many other ailments.

His Facebook post tells the whole story.

Ouch. That’s pretty horrific. Thankfully it sounds like Daniels’ is recovering, slowly but surely.

Shelton, however, heard about the Facebook post and sent Daniels a video response.

This is pretty awesome for a whole lot of reasons.

For one, it’s great that Shelton is going to hook them up with some tickets. Especially because it’s not like missing the concert had anything to do with Shelton. He certainly isn’t obligated to do anything like that.

It’s also pretty cool that Shelton sent a video response, and that he wants to meet the couple.

That’s going above and beyond. Shelton is definitely using his stature as an A-list celebrity to make the day of this young couple.

Good on Shelton for stepping up. And best wishes to Jonathan Daniels in his recovery.
