Vols Football: Alvin Kamara Addresses NFL Draft
By Zach Ragan

Vols junior running back Alvin Kamara addressed the topic of the 2017 NFL Draft on Monday.
Vols fans would obviously love to see Alvin Kamara back in orange and white next season.
But that’s probably not going to be the reality.
Kamara addressed the NFL Draft on Monday after practice. He didn’t appear to lean either way, but the writing is clearly on the wall.
Alvin Kamara said he'll make a decision about the NFL Draft after the Music City Bowl.

Kamara is likely a third-fifth round draft pick if he declares after the season.
That’s probably going to be too good to pass up for the Georgia native.
Just ask Arian Foster what happens when you return for your senior season after you’re graded as a mid round draft pick (in Foster’s case, you go undrafted).
As far as Kamara’s performance this season, well he rushed for 584 yards and nine touchdowns in 10 games played.
He also caught 33 passes for 346 yards and four touchdowns.
Those numbers aren’t eye-popping by any means. But Kamara showed enough on tape to prove he’s a legitimate NFL player.
Personally, I’d be very surprised if Kamara decided to stay for his senior season.
Though if he did come back for his senior season, I don’t think he’d suffer the same fate as Foster.
If Kamara was the featured running back for the Vols next season, he’d be a potential Heisman Trophy candidate.
He absolutely has that kind of talent.
