1. Thomas Rhett — Die A Happy Man

Must hear lyric: “If I never get to see the Northern lights, or if I never get to see the Eiffel Tower at night. Oh, if all I got is your hand in my hand Baby, I could die a happy man”

Maybe it’s the romantic in me, but I’ve always believed the best song on any “best of” list absolutely has to be a love song.

I mean think about it, isn’t love the driving force behind most actions?

Even if you don’t agree with that, it’s hard to disagree that Thomas Rhett wrote a damn near perfect love song in “Die A Happy Man”.

I’ve listened to this song a 1,000 times this year and I’ve seen it played live in concert. It’s yet to get old and still gives me all the feels every time I hear it.

Kudos, Thomas Rhett.
