Eli Drinkwitz

Currently the Offensive Coordinator at NC State

Part of the attraction to Eli Drinkwitz is his ties Gus Malzahn.

The current offensive coordinator at NC State, Drinkwitz coached with Malzahn at Auburn and Arkansas State.

Drinkwitz was the offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach at Boise State in 2015. He helped lead the Broncos to a top 15 ranked offense.

Then freshman quarterback Brett Rypien led the Mountain West conference in passing yards under Drinkwitz in 2015.

Drinkwitz isn’t a highly attractive name, but then again neither was Matt Canada when he left NC State for Pittsburgh.

Canada is now one of the hottest offensive coordinator names and was just hired at LSU.

Drinkwitz could be on the same path.
