Bryan Harsin

Current head coach at Boise State

This one is another longshot, if we’re being realistic.

But if you’re hiring a coach, you have to explore all the avenues. And Harsin is a guy you have to at least give a call.

Harsin replaced Chris Petersen at Boise State, and he’s done well so far. He has a 31-9 record in three seasons.

How likely, however, is it that Harsin would be willing to leave Boise State?

I mean we’re talking about a coach that went to school at Boise State, and grew up in Boise.

Unless Harsin wants a significant raise (he currently makes $1.0 million a season), he’s probably unlikely to leave his alma mater.
