Johnny Caspers — Guard — Stanford

This isn’t a sexy pick by any means (mid round offensive line picks rarely are), but it’s a pick that helps teams win in the trenches.

Tennessee had one of the better offensive lines in the NFL last season.

Drafting Caspers, however, is a purely a depth move.

The former Stanford Cardinal would provide not only depth, but versatility. He can play at guard and at center.

Having a guy like that on your bench is invaluable. You never know when the injury bug might strike.

This isn’t a pick that will make fans excited, but it’s a pick that helps win football games.
