Anquan Boldin — Detroit Lions

2016 stats: 67 Receptions — 584 Yards — 8 Touchdowns

This wouldn’t be the flashiest decision for the Titans, but stay with me here.

As I said earlier, the Titans will likely draft a wide receiver. Probably in the first round.

But you don’t really want to throw your shiny new rookie wide receiver into a sink or swim situation.

Boldin is obviously near the end of his career, but he can still provide decent production.

And he’d be a great locker room guy/mentor to have around the team/young wide receivers.

Plus there’s no doubt that Boldin is still a reliable red zone target, as evidenced by his eight touchdowns last season (two more than Julio Jones had).

Boldin doesn’t fit the criteria of “dynamic playmaker”, but he’d still be a solid addition to the Titans’ offense for the next year or two.
