The Tennessee Titans are set to make a run next season, but first they need to sure up their roster depth.

The Titans are in an interesting position as we head into the free agent signing period.

Tennessee is poised to make some noise in the AFC next season, and it’s not really contingent on re-signing any of their current free agents.

Of course that’s not to say that they don’t need to resign any of their current players — there are a few we’d like to see stick around.

But the Titans don’t have any of their “big stars” hitting the free agent market this off-season.

However, there are still several players that they should resign. A lack of depth will expose a playoff bound team in the worst way come December. That’s not a position in which the Titans want to find themselves.

If Tennessee is serious about making a playoff run next season, and there’s no reason they shouldn’t be, then they’ll need to make sure they’re a deep team.

Re-signing these five guys will help ensure the Titans win the AFC South in 2017.
