Tennessee Titans: Five Free Agents The Titans Should Re-Sign
By Zach Ragan
Rashad Johnson — Safety
Look I get it, Rashad Johnson wasn’t the same player last year that he was in Arizona.
But he’s still a pretty damn solid football player.
And the Titans need all the help they can get in the secondary.
If you bring back Johnson, you know you’re brining him back to play in a timeshare situation.
However, you’d also bring him back to be a positive influence in the locker room.
Johnson helps his teammates become better players. He also brings a winning attitude to the team.
And there’s also the fact that Johnson, who just turned 31, is only two years removed from a 93 tackle season. So it’s not like he can’t put up big numbers on defense if he’s forced into a larger role.

I don’t see any reason why the Titans shouldn’t bring back Rashad Johnson in 2017.
