Cordarrelle Patterson

  • 2016 Salary: $1.8 Million
  • Age: 25
  • 2016 Stats: 52 Rec — 453 Yards — 2 TD’s

Cordarrelle Patterson is going to be an odd fit wherever he lands next season — even if he ends up back with the Minnesota Vikings.

Patterson said earlier this off-season that he would love to make a Ty Montgomery shift to running back.

It’s doubtful that any team would allow Patterson to make that full shift though.

If the Titans were to sign Patterson, it would give them an electric kick returner to replace Marc Mariani. It would also give them a versatile player to add some wrinkles to the offense.

Tennessee doesn’t necessarily need another running back to line up in the backfield, but there are definitely some fun things that could be done with Patterson.

If the Titans somehow ended up signing Patterson, he would instantly add another element to the Titans’ offense.

And perhaps a change of scenery would be what Patterson needs to excel.
