PJ Fleck

All of the other coaches on this list are proven commodities.

PJ Fleck, however, is a young coach on the rise.

We honestly have no idea how Fleck would do at a school like Tennessee, but he appears to have what it takes to help a team make the College Football Playoff.

Fleck is obviously a great recruiter, but it takes a lot more than great recruiting to win championships.

In-game coaching/adjustments is where seasons are won and lost. If Fleck can prove this season at Minnesota that he’s a great gameday coach, then he will prove that he’s capable of leading a team like Tennessee to a national championship.
