4. Oakland Raiders

Oakland didn’t make a ton of moves in free agency, but that’s ok because they’re a pretty good team already.

The Raiders added wide receiver/kick returner Cordarrelle Patterson, who has a ton of talent, but just hasn’t been used correctly.

Oakland also added tight end Jared Cook, giving Derek Carr another weapon on offense.

The AFC West is setting up to be the toughest division in the NFL in 2017, but Oakland should be right in the thick of the division race.
