16. Cleveland Browns

Until the Cleveland Browns get a quarterback, it’s tough to imagine them climbing out of the cellar in the AFC (or the entire NFL).

Cleveland improved their offensive line through free agency, by adding guard Kevin Zeitler and center J.C. Tretter.

Unfortunately, that’s not enough to help erase the pain of a 1-15 season.

The Browns will need to absolutely kill it in the draft in order to make a big difference in 2017.

That could mean trading the first overall pick. We know the Browns desperately need a quarterback, but there isn’t one available worth taking with the first overall selection.

Trading down, like the Tennessee Titans did a season ago, would probably be the best bet for the future of the franchise.
