13. San Diego Chargers

San Diego’s problems weren’t solved through free agency.

But that’s not unusual for a team coming off a 5-11 season.

The Chargers signed left tackle Russell Okung, who isn’t as elite as his contract would suggest. It’ definitely an upgrade for San Diego, but not one that will make them a playoff team.

Other than signing Okung, San Diego’s biggest move was signing Patrick Robinson.

Which is why I don’t have much faith the Chargers will improve from last season.
