12. Jacksonville Jaguars

Eventually all these great spring free agency signings have to pay off for the Jaguars, right?

I’m a little higher on the Jaguars than most. I think they’ll be a lot better team under Doug Marrone and with Tom Coughlin in the front office.

Signing AJ Bouye was absolutely huge for the Jaguars. Bouye has the potential to be a shutdown corner in the NFL. Keeping him away from the Titans had to be tough, but it was a big win for Jacksonville.

Ultimately, however, the Jaguars’ success in 2017 will depend on whether or not Blake Bortles can prove he’s a franchise quarterback.

If Bortles can take the next step as a quarterback, the Jaguars could be a sneaky bet to win the weak AFC South.
