Tennessee Titans: Pre-Draft AFC Power Rankings
By Zach Ragan
9. Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens didn’t lose any major free agents, but they also failed to address some of their more pressing needs.
Baltimore didn’t land a playmaking wide receiver, nor did they address their cornerback needs.
(Though it’s entirely possible they will address those needs through the upcoming draft.)
Signing safety Tony Jefferson, however, was a big move for the secondary. So it’s not like they did terrible in free agency.
It’s going to be tough for the Ravens to compete with the Steelers in the AFC North, but I think overall they’ll be a better team than they were last season.
