Marshon Lattimore — Cornerback — Ohio State

Marshon Lattimore is probably the most popular player mocked to the Tennessee Titans lately.

But I think the Titans should take a pass.

Lattimore is a great talent, there’s no doubt about that.

However, he has plenty of questions marks and the biggest is his health/hamstrings.

If the Titans were to select Lattimore, they’d have to take him with the fifth overall pick. I’m not sure I’d want to take a player that has an injury history like Lattimore with a pick that high.

The Titans also have some freedom with the fifth overall selection, since they signed cornerback Logan Ryan in the off-season. It’s not absolutely necessary for them to take a cornerback like many thought it was a month ago.

Plus, the 2017 draft has plenty of talented cornerbacks in the middle rounds that could fit in well with the Titans.
