Malik Hooker — Safety — Ohio State

Malik Hooker is another extremely raw player that Tennessee would have to draft with the fifth overall pick.

I think Hooker could develop into a solid starter in the NFL, but it’s going to take him a few years to develop. Robinson might decide to go with a player that could make an impact sooner with the fifth pick.

If Hooker is there when the Titans make the 18th pick (some mocks have him falling to around the 17th pick because of his lack of experience), then I think he’d be a good player to select.

But as for taking him in the top five? I think he’s too raw and too far from a sure thing to take that high.
