John Ross — Wide Receiver — Washington

John Ross is a likely first round pick because of the speed he displayed at the combine.

His speed is impressive, but there have been plenty of fast players that flamed out in the NFL.

Ross has some injury concerns, and he’s not that physical of a wide receiver (that will be a problem in the NFL).

He’s also an emotional kid. That can be good or bad, depending on how he harnesses that emotion on the field (will he use it as competitive fuel, or will opposing cornerbacks be able to easily get into his head?).

I’m not a fan of combine stars, and while Ross was very productive at Washington (Jon Robinson is big on production), I think the Titans would be wise to go a different direction if they want to draft a wide receiver.
