When general managers make late round selections, they’re usually looking for potential and the ability to contribute on special teams.
Mack Hollins checks both of those boxes in a big way.
The former Tar Heel has elite size and speed (6’4″ and 4.5 speed), and he has experience playing on special teams.
Hollins is obviously raw, despite being a four year captain at North Carolina, which is why he will likely fall to day three of the NFL Draft.
But even with Hollins’ lack of production at North Carolina, he stills offers plenty of ability that you usually don’t find late in the draft.

The Titans would be wise to select Hollins purely for his ability to produce on special teams, with the idea that anything gained on the offensive side of the ball is a huge bonus.
