7.236 — Tashawn Bower — Defensive End/Linebacker — LSU

Bower is a perfect seventh round draft pick.

The former LSU defensive end is a tailor made for a 3-4 defense, which makes him a good fit for the Titans.

Bower is extremely raw (only seven starts at LSU), but he has a lot of potential.

From NFL.com:

"Uses length to stab tight ends and take control of the edge. Adequate lower body power to battle against tackles. Flashes a serviceable burst out of his stance and into his rush. Has a rarely used inside spin counter that has some potential if developed. Foot quickness gives him a shot as interior rusher in sub packages. Fluid and athletic in space. Showed ability to match up in space against Wisconsin to start the season."

Bower is a boom or bust prospect, which is typically what you expect in the seventh round.
