David Njoku — Tight End — Miami

David Njoku would be a great choice to eventually replace Titans tight end Delanie Walker.

Njoku is extremely athletic, with a large catching radius. He would fit well into the Titans’ offense and he’d be a nightmare to cover (what linebacker is going to be able to cover him?).

The former Miami Hurricane is raw as a blocker, but the Titans have a good blocking tight end in Phillip Supernaw (who will see an expanded role next season with the departure of Anthony Fasano).

Njoku had a few issues with drops during his last couple of years at Miami (eight over last two years), but it’s nothing that warrants him dropping out of the first round.

If the Titans aren’t able to land OJ Howard, Njoku would be a more than great second choice.

In fact, he could even end up being the better NFL player.
