Round 3 Pick 83 — Cam Sutton — Cornerback — Tennessee

Just because the Titans select a cornerback in the first round, doesn’t mean they’ll be finished addressing the position.

Cam Sutton, if he does indeed fall to the third round, would be a terrific pickup for the Titans in the 2017 draft.

Sutton was at his best at Tennessee when he flew under the radar (he signed with the Vols as a three-star recruit). His draft stock fell a bit during his senior season, due to sitting out six games because of injury.

But any SEC fan can tell you that Sutton proved to be one of the better cover cornerbacks in the SEC during his time in Knoxville.

The Titans desperately need quality depth in their secondary. Adding Sutton, a player that could turn into a stater, in the third round would be a great selection for the Nashville based franchise.
