The Tennessee Titans’ rookie mini camp got underway on Friday.

The NFL Draft went down just two weeks ago, but it’s already time for Tennessee Titans rookie mini camp.

Tennessee’s rookie mini camp started on Friday and there’s already plenty of news and notes coming from the beat writers that cover the Titans on a daily basis.

Here are all tidbits you need to know from Friday.

  • WR Corey Davis is working his way back from an ankle injury, but he did some individual work on Friday.
  • Head coach Mike Mularkey said he liked what he saw from cornerback Adoree’ Jackson, but mentioned he was a bit hesitant.
  • Jackson also did some work returning punts.
  • Terry McCormick noted that wide receiver Tewan Taylor had a few drops in the morning session, but said he did better in the afternoon. He also noted that Taylor worked both in the slot and outside.
  • McCormick also noted that tight end Jonnnu Smith will play the F tight end spot and also some in the Y.
  • Marcus Mariota has still not ran full speed.
  • Defensive lineman Karl Klug is still recovering. He’s expected to miss OTA’s, but should be back for training camp.
  • Brandon Burks, a tryout running back, suffered a knee injury on Friday.
