Quinten Dormady — Junior

Junior

2,075 Yards — 20 Touchdowns

120 Rushing Yards — 2 Touchdowns

So I obviously think Quinten Dormady will end up being the Vols’ starting quarterback.

But it’s incredibly hard to predict what he will do in 2017. It all depends on how Tennessee’s offensive line performs.

If Walt Wells, in his first season as offensive line coach, can get the Vols’ offensive line on track, then Dormady could have a pretty good season.

But if the offensive line doesn’t adequately protect Dormady, it could all go downhill quickly.

I’m betting that Wells can make some drastic improvements.

More from Tenn Truth

Dormady will have a lot of talent surrounding him in 2017. The big problem, however, is the bulk of that talent is unproven.

I’m making the bet that Tennessee’s new look coaching staff will help these young Vols put it all together in 2017.

All of these players have the ability to be great. Hopefully Jones and company can help develop that greatness.
