2. Josh Dobbs — Quarterback

Where would the Vols be the last few years without Josh Dobbs?

Dobbs’ impressive list of accolades is way too long to even begin to go into detail here. But you can check out the entire list at UTSports.com.

What Dobbs did at Tennessee pretty much speaks for itself. If it’s not for Dobbs, who knows if the Vols even play in three straight bowl games.

The only bad thing about Dobbs’ career is that he didn’t start more games. He was only the full time starter for two years. It’s understandable why Dobbs didn’t start as a true freshman (the hope was that he’d redshirt), but Dobbs absolutely should’ve been the starter in his sophomore season from the start.

Either way, Dobbs leaves Tennessee as one of the best quarterbacks in school history.
