4. PJ Fleck — Minnesota

Career Record: 30-22

MAC Champion (2016), MAC West Champion (2015, 2016)

PJ Fleck doesn’t have the track record of some others on this list, but he’s a young coach that has certainly captured everyone’s attention in the world of college football.

Fleck won 13 games at Western Michigan last season, and landed the head coaching job at Minnesota as a result.

Winning at Western Michigan is a lot different than winning at a Power 5 school. But one thing that is true of all great coaches is they win at every stop they make

Obviously Fleck will have to continue to prove that he’s a winner, but so far he looks to have what it takes to be a top head coach in college football.

We’ll know a lot more about Fleck as a coach after seeing what he does at Minnesota in 2017. I have a feeling that he won’t be the Gophers’ head coach for long.

I think we see big things from Fleck in his head coaching career.
