Nashville Predators Drop Game One: Photo Gallery

The Nashville Predators dropped game one of the Stanley Cup Finals to the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-3 on Monday night.
Game one of the Stanley Cup Finals was an instant classic, but unfortunately the final score wasn’t in the Nashville Predators’ favor.
The Penguins jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the first period, after a controversial offsides call that disallowed a Predators goal.
It Nashville quite a while to recover from the bad call, but they were able to rally and tie the game late.
Pittsburgh, however, quickly took the lead back after going 37 minutes without scoring a goal.
The Penguins were able to add an empty net goal late in the game as well.
Nashville was clearly the better team on Monday night, but the better team doesn’t always win.
The good news is the Preds just need to take one of the first two games in Pittsburgh. They still have the opportunity to do that.
But before we get to game two, check out the great photos from Monday night.
