Tier 6 — Young/Unproven

These are coaches that are still in the early days of their head coaching career and haven’t found success yet

  • Justin Wilcox — California (0-0)
  • Barry Odom — Missouri (4-8)
  • David Beatty — Kansas (2-22)
  • DJ Durkin — Maryland (7-7)
  • Tom Allen — Indiana (0-1)
  • Chris Ash — Rutgers (2-10)

We need more time to figure out who these guys are as coaches. It wouldn’t be fair to put Justin Wilcox, for example, in any of the tiers above this one.

Simply put, we need more information before we can fairly judge these coaches.
