10. Smokey

Smokey, a blue tick coonhound, is universally recognized as the top live mascot in all of college football.

The Tennessee Vols’ mascot was recognized as such in 2015.

Smokey leads the Volunteers out of the T at each home game, and then takes of residence on the sideline during the game.

Not even cold weather can keep Smokey away from his Vols.

That easily has to be one of the best mascot moments ever.
