2. The Titans Will Sweep The Colts

I don’t know why this is a thing, but the Titans haven’t beat the Colts since October 30, 2011.

It’s not like the Colts have been a power house franchise. They made the playoffs in three of those five years, and they’ve only won eight games each of the past two seasons.

But for whatever reason, the Colts have the Titans’ number.

(The Titans win against the Colts in 2011 is their only win against Indy since 2008.)

Tennessee hasn’t won back to back games against the Colts since 2007-08. They haven’t swept a season series from the Colts since 2002.

So history would suggest this is a very bold prediction. And I don’t have much rhyme or reason as to why I think it will happen this year, aside from the fact that Indy’s offensive line is still terrible, and Andrew Luck is uncertain for the start of training camp.

The Titans are trending up, while the Colts are wasting one of the best young quarterbacks to come into the league in years.

2017 is the year the Titans finally shows some dominance over the Colts.
