40. Donald Penn — Offensive Tackle — Oakland Raiders

If you don’t have a good offensive line, you’re not going to win a lot of football games.

Fortunately for the Raiders, they have one of the better offensive lineman in the league in Donald Penn.

Penn spent the bulk of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, before coming to the Raiders in 2014.

The former Utah State offensive lineman has been elected to two Pro-Bowls in his career. He was first elected in 2010 and again this past season.
