34. Delanie Walker — Tight End — Tennessee Titans

Delanie Walker spent the first seven years of his career with the San Francisco 49ers and to be honest, he didn’t really do much.

But things changed when Walker came to Nashville to play for the Titans.

Walker had the best seasons of his career in 2013 and 2014, before breaking out in a big way in 2015.

In 2015, Walker caught 94 passes for 1,088 and six touchdowns.

Walker slowed down last season, “only” catching 60 passes for 800 yards and seven touchdowns, but he’s still easily one of the best tight ends in the league.
