49. Cordarrelle Patterson — Wide Receiver/Kick Returner — Oakland Raiders

Cordarrelle Patterson is on this list because there aren’t many players in the NFL better than him with the ball in the open field. He has an incredible ability to make defenders miss.

Patterson consistently delivers as a kick returner, often altering the opposing team’s kickoff strategy.

But unfortunately for Patterson, his great ball skills haven’t translated to the wide receiver position.

The former Vol will get a fresh start with the Oakland Raiders in 2017, after spending the first four years of his career as a member of the Minnesota Vikings.

Patterson will now have the luxury of playing with one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Derek Carr.
