13. Andrew Luck — Quarterback — Indianpolis Colts

Andrew Luck should probably be a lot higher on this list, but he plays behind an atrocious offensive line that has prevented him from reaching his true potential.

We do know, however, that Luck’s true potential is essentially immeasurable.

Luck, who has made the Pro-Bowl three times in his career, but not in either of the last two seasons, has battled injuries due to the beating he takes on a weekly basis.

Fortunately for the Colts, Luck is only 27, so they have plenty of time to build a team around him that’s worthy of such a quarterback.
