10. DeAndre Hopkins — Wide Receiver — Houston Texans

Hopkins is another player I love to watch. He make some incredible catches that he has no business catching.

But it hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing for the former Clemson Tiger, especially in 2016.

Hopkins hasn’t had the benefit of playing with a great quarterback, which has definitely hampered his numbers.

It’s hard to put up hall of fame stats when you’re relying on Tom Savage to throw you the ball, but that’s what Hopkins will have to deal with in 2017.
