5. Eric Berry — Safety — Kansas City Chiefs

As if beating cancer wasn’t enough, Berry returned to the NFL to be the best safety in the league.

The former Vol has been elected to five Pro-Bowls in his career, with two of those instances coming after he was diagnosed with cancer.

Berry signed a six year deal with Kansas City this off-season, which made him the highest paid safety in the league.

And he more than deserves it.
