4. Dan Mullen — Mississippi State

SEC coach of the year (2014), Five bowl game wins

I’m surprised on a yearly basis that Dan Mullen is still Mississippi State’s head coach.

Mullen has pretty much reached his ceiling at Mississippi State. He’s obviously one of the better coaches in the SEC, but he doesn’t have any room to grow in Starkville.

As long as Mullen sticks around, the only thing he’s going to add to his list of accomplishments are some bowl game wins.
