The Tennessee Vols aren’t predicted to win the SEC East in 2017, but they still have the talent to win the division.

We’ve said it plenty of times, but it’s bears repeating — no one knows what to expect from the Tennessee Vols in 2017.

Which is probably why media analysts have been mostly “safe” in their predictions for Tennessee this upcoming season.

The Vols lost a lot of talent to the NFL this off-season. Anytime that happens, expectations are immediately lowered for a program.

And some of those players could be players that are key to the Vols’ success this season.

Speaking of key players, here are the five players that I believe will be the most important factors in whether or not Tennessee is “successful” in 2017.
